OK seriously, I need some help

wow that title sounded really serious! But it is :)...I need help because I know that i started out calling the "bakery" business I'm starting custom cakery...but I surely am NOT only making cakes. I am making anything you would need and its all custom from cakes to unique girft ideas, candy/cookie bouquets, decorate sweets for partys like cake balls and cheesecake balls etc., and yummies for all occasions and seasons..so i REALLY am struggling to figure out a name!! SO PLS help me out here girls lol i need name ideas before i can print out my business cards and i am just at my odds end trying to figure SOMETHING, anything cute out that isn't already in use

Baby Bump and Little Thumps

So now I am about to be 19 weeks in a couple of days and wow this baby is a kicker!!! Around 17 weeks I felt the "flutters" but now I am SURE it is a kick it feels like someone is like flicking by belly and it is sooooo amazing!!! Aaron hadn't gotten to feel it until last night the baby had kicked in the same spot like 3 times and I was SURELY it will do it again so I grabbed his hand while we were watching TV and the first time he felt it he wasn't sure if I was just doing it and I said "really babe, is the rest of my stomach moving??" hah..but then he felt a big one!! It was so awesome to get to experience that with him and see how excited he was!! FINALLY...we have set some baby names that I think are more concrete :)...Baya Elyce Willis if it is a girl and Noah Benjamin (aarons middle name) Willis and we only have 7 days until we can finally say which it will be!

So, I think I have like baby shower fever..if you know me you would probably know that I would LOVE to be a party planner. I mean I sit around researching wedding stuff and shower stuff allllllll the time and maybe that is why but I am so stinking excited about this baby shower!!! I am doing a lot of the planning because my sister hates planning and mom is just wayyyyy to busy with her hectic work schedule i told them i could do it because i have much more time on my hands (and because i just wanted to!) I cannot wait to make baby shower cakes oh how cute! and if anyone knows where i could get like baby onesie cookie cutters or anything like that pls let me know! :)

I promise next time i post i will put up pictures of my belly..although lately I have had people telling me it is not that big for being a week away from 5 months? and Aaron doesn't think it has changed since i was like 9 weeks haha

Custom Cakery/Festive Pink and Black/Grad Cake

So here are some photos of the cake i did for this weekend..it was a grad cake for a girl I've known forever and she said she loved pink to just surprise her and make it fun.. and i must say i LOVED this one and so did she...so job accomplished :)


DETAILS:

• Two Tiers covered in Royal Fondant and Royal Fondant Accents (Black, White and Pink)
  
• First Tier was Red Velvet with Butter Cream Filling and the top tier was Confetti with Butter Cream Filling and Fresh Strawberries (yummo!)
• Serves Roughly 40-45 servings
• All accents edible
• Price would be $50-$55 depending on accents you want or if you want fresh fruit including in the layering....The materials cost around 25 so really you are getting an AWESOME price for labor (this cake took around 8 hrs.) and I have a link here for a bakery that did the same exact cake but only the bottom 8" layer for $120! here's the link...

I have three small personal cakes I'm doing custom for the men of our family for tomorrow so I will be posting those soon as well!! And I got an order for a replica of this cake for a smaller girl so purple and pink for her birthday party so whooo hooo off to bake!! Baby News and Embarassing Moments

WOW! Ok...Now I am really excited!! We went to see the Doc yesterday and the baby is doing great and we now are at T-Minus 3 WEEKS until we can find out whether we are having a little boy or a little girl...Sheesh it better go by fast!! My husbands biggest fear?? I'm going to go and I quote "buck wild" buying baby stuff before i even have a shower and then I'll have multiples..buying lots of clothes is fine right?? :)

Ok Ok so I'm sure you are all wanting to know what the heck the embarrassing moment is in the title...it is so sad and rediculous! So Aaron and I had gone this past weekend to see the new babies in Tennessee and on the way back he said that he wanted to go ahead and get me my birthday present early since we have to drive back through evansville to get home and i was like "mall trip? yes please!"...So I'm horrible at telling people what I want because I can never think of anything..but clothes? My husband knows my addiction and obsession with clothes and fashion...so that's what we decided, I was going to get a cute outfit to wear when we go out to dinner for my birthday and some other things from Sephora (oh how happy I was to see that they got one!). Well, we started off in some of my favorite stores and of course nothing was fitting because I'm prego..so I started getting sad. Then I went to Charlotte Russe (love) and I was like surely if i get a normal like summer dress that ties in the back and kind of babydolls out in a size bigger it will fit and still be cute...NO! I grabbed the cutest little dress, headed to the dressing room confident, and came out bawling!! It wouldn't even zip. Now this is crazy for me because for 1. I HATE CRYING 2. I would NEVER EVER EVER cry in public..my poor hubby was wide eyed and didn't know what to do...So we left the store and started walking around and I was in the jewelry store getting my ring cleaned when AGAIN i started bawling..awful isn't it...I was just so messed up because i couldn't fit in normal clothes that are even one or two sizes bigger than usual..hah sad. So we went to the motherhood store. AHH a sigh of relief Aaron being the sweetie he is started grabbing EVERYTHING he saw and telling me to try it on because it would look cute he said :)...So i ended up getting some things from there

On the way home we both were just like WOW pregnancy hormones did a number that day because seriously i would NEVER act like that...and now we laugh about it. But yes that is my embarrassing moment for everyone to divulge in and laugh haha

Baby Boys Newborn Cake
This cake was made for my cousin who just had twin boys, Elijah and Isaiah.

Details:

• 1 Tier

• German Chocolate Cake with traditional icing of coconut and pecans

• Covered in Fondant with fondant accents

• Feeds around 20 servings

Later on this weekend I will post a funky cake I'm doing for a new client...it will be a two tier cake with zebra patterned fondant and hot pink accents with stars shooting out of the top...super excited!!!

P.S....of course

Someone is looking at our house..AGAIN today..so PRAY PRAY PRAY that they like it and BUY it!!! haha So we have more room for our little one :)

Summer Lovin'

Oh how I love the summer!!...Grilling out, getting a tan (have yet to get to that one..I'm a ghost ewww), playing outside with Mia in her little baby phat bathing suit, summer dishes, oh the list could go on and on..but one we cannot forget is SCOOPS! haha Aaron is officially worse than I am. He wants it like literally 5 times a week crazy right?...

O.k. i am probably driving everyone nuts..but I am 15 weeks and it is ridiculous how anxious I am to A. Find out the sex B. Go HOG WILD with baby stuff C. SEE THIS LITTLE ONE!!...seriously i think i may drive my husband crazy by the end of this because I just cannot wait!! T-minus five weeks until we can find out whooo hoooo!! Speaking of...any suggestions for uber cute unique baby bedding?? and I also want to find a cute gown for the hospital and I don't know where to find them?? Help me out mamas! I am convinced as of now that I am having a girl...but I'm not going to get my hopes up until i see the ultrasound...Aaron's mom was joking that he will probably ONLY be cable to have girls because all of his life he has been surrounded by girls (he has 3 amazing sisters).

On a note other than the baby...haha Maddy and I are doing a yardsale tomorrow morning at mom and dads...lots of Abercrombie and express clothing etc. And my oh my I never realized how much work they are because growing up mom always did them and geeeezz it's not fun getting everything ready for it..especially with mia there who looooves clothes and once they would get folded...she would come along and DEMOLISH it jumping into the clothes and laughing like crazy but i looove having that little ball of energy around she is rediculously sweet and makes me more anxious for my little one!!!
